One of the key commercial objectives for Lovell Rugby was to maximise the conversion rates from visitors through to customers. Whilst the website benefits from high levels of traffic, the company were keen to maximise conversion rates and overall sales revenue.
e-Strategy undertook a thorough review of the checkout process which included expert usability analysis, funnel analysis and A/B testing to analyse user behaviour and identify potential exit points within the process.
On completion of our research, our team of usability experts planned and wireframed a new, streamlined checkout process which, when implemented, delivered an increase in conversions of 30% and a 6% increase in revenue generated through the website.
